JUDGMENT

This appeal has been preferred against the order of the appellate court reversing the decree of divorce granted by the Trial Court.

2. When the matter is called today, learned counsel for the appellant and the respondent would submit that both the parties entered into a compromise on 3.2.2015 by which the respondent agreed for grant of divorce in C.M.A.No.11 of 2008 viz., the present proceedings and she has no connection whatsoever with either the appellant or his properties by receiving a sum of Rs.7,00,000/=.

3. In view of the above said agreement dated 3.2.2015, the present appeal is allowed setting aside the judgment decree of the appellate court and restoring the judgment and decree passed by the Trial Court. The agreement shall form part of the decree. No costs. Sd/- Assistant Registrar //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar ssk.
