This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the Fair and Fair and Final order dated 06.05.2016 passed by the learned Principal Family Court Judge, Coimbatore in I.A.No.934 of 2015 in H.M.O.P.No.945 of 2011. Page No.1 of 5

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner made an endorsement in the case bundle stating that the matter has been settled and sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition.

3.The endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner has been taken on record.

4. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected CM.P.No.12438 of 2016 is also dismissed.
