ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7861 of 2018 in Crl.M.P.No.6145 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.6165 of 2018 dated 14.06.2018, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police once in a month i.e., first day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Government Advocate would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
