W.P.No.9635 of 2022 has been filed calling for the records of the first respondent's Demand of Huge Current Consumption Charge relating to Consumer No. 028-030-71 bearing Door No.15/33, First Floor (Rear Side), Krishnamoorthy Salai, Chennai-600 118 and Quash the same consequently directing the first respondent not to disconnect the Service Connection of the Petitioner's house.

5. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these petitions and he has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.

6. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
