By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent to consider his representation dated 10.08.2018 and to grant permission to conduct a function scheduled to be held on 25.08.2018 at Paaranji Village and Post, Arakkonam Taluk, Vellore District.

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation 10.08.2018 claiming the same relief as prayed in this writ petition, but, the said representation is yet to be disposed of by the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondent, submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 10.08.2018 would be considered on or before 24.08.2018 imposing certain conditions for which the learned counsel for the petitioner agrees. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.08.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law. 6.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
