(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the respondents to trace out and produce the detenu by name, Venkatesan, son of Chinnarayan, aged 32 years, husband of the petitioner.

connection with Crime No.268 of 2017, Tirupathur Taluk Police Station and remanded to custody and to that effect, a copy of remand report is submitted, wherein, it is clearly stated that the detenu has already been arrested and remanded to custody. 3.Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, the relief soughth in the petition has become infructuous.
