ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in Paragraph No.7(a) in Crl.OP.No.885 of 2026 dated 12.01.2026, wherein the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of three weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
2. Heard both sides. The learned Mr. P. Dhileepan, Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent, submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the said condition.
3. In view of the same, the condition imposed in Paragraph No.7(a) in Crl.OP.No.885 of 2026 dated 12.01.2026, is relaxed, and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
