(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J) Petitioner is the sister of the detenu, namely, Anandharaj, Male, aged 27 years S/o.Rajendran, who has been branded as 'Drug Offender' as contemplated under Section 2(e) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained under orders of second respondent passed in BCDFGISSSV No.56/2018, dated 09.08.2018. Such order is under challenge herein.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, would submit that the detention order passed against the brother of petitioner in BCDFGISSSV No.56/2018, dated 09.08.2018 on the file of the second respondent, is revoked vide G.O.Rt.No.4203, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XI) Department, dated 28.09.2018 and produced a copy of the said order.

3. In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
