By consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner is a resident of Vallatiyur, Jolarpettai, Thirupathur Taluk, Vellore. He submitted an application dated 2.6.2015, seeking permission to conduct cultural programme in "Arul Migu Sri Mariamman Temple", which includes dance and song programme, scheduled to be held on 12.6.2015. Since no orders have been passed, came forward to file this Writ Petition.

3. Heard the submission of Mr.Karan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.N.Roofus Abraham, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

Considering the limited prayer sought for, without going into the merits of the issue, this Court direct the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 2.6.2015 in accordance with law, on or before 10.6.2015, and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
