Heard Mr.K.Selvaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.Chezhiyan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

2. The Writ Petition has been filed for seeking a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner on compassionate grounds in any suitable post.

3.The petitioner's father died on 25.06.1991 and thereafter, the petitioner's mother submitted an application for a compassionate appointment on 18.12.1991 and the same was rejected on 29.01.1992. After 14 years, the petitioner's sister, who is the daughter of the deceased employee, filed an application for seeking the very same relief, but it was refused.

4. In fact, the petitioner has filed a writ petition in WP.No.27655 of 2018 directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.04.2010. The Court has taken cognizance of the earlier application filed by the petitioner's sister and his mother and passed an order dismissing the petition that the observation of the petitioner is devoid of merit. The petitioner has filed this writ petition for the very same relief by abusing the process, which cannot be encouraged and is not maintainable.
