O R D E R
(Order of Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) The petitioner has filed this habeas corpus petition for securing his minor daughter, namely, Sharmila, aged about 16 years, claiming that she has been illegal detained by respondent no.2, by name Krishnamoorthy.
2.Upon notice, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the first respondent, after thorough investigation, found out the whereabouts of the minor daughter of the petitioner secured her, and she has been produced before this Court.
3.When this Court enquired the daughter of the petitioner, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
namely, Sharmila, she expressed her willingness to join her parents. The said statement is recorded.
4.In view of the statement of the detenue Sharmila, she is permitted to join her parents. With this direction, this habeas corpus petition is disposed of.
