Respondents PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to absorb the petitioners into respondents' Corporation service by considering the petitioners representation dated 28.03.2016 in the light of the order dated 27.01.2016 made in Na.Ka.(E) No.2810/2015 passed by the Inspector of Labour, Vellore.

O R D E R

Heard Mr.K.Sasindran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.Fakkir Mohideen, learned counsel accepting notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioners seek for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to absorb them into the respondent-Corporation service, by considering their representation dated 28.03.2016, in the light of the order dated 27.01.2016, passed in Na.Ka.(E) No.2810/2015, by the Inspector of Labour, Vellore. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that recently only, they have received the certified copy of the order passed by the Inspector of Labour, Vellore and they have contemplating of challenging the said order. 4.In any event, the representation is being given only on 28.03.2016 and the Inspector of Labour has recently only passed the order, the respondents should be granted some more time and therefore, the petitioners may pursue their representation after a period of sixty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
