ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 05.07.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the complaint dated 05.07.2015 given by the petitioner has been forwarded to the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Vellore and on the said complaint, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.186/2015.

4. Hence, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.186/2015 and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
