O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to direct the first respondent to take action on the complaint made by the petitioner dated 13.06.2015 seeking police protection to the petitioner's life and the property.

For the cause of action that arose in the year 2015, the petitioner cannot maintain the present petition seeking police protection now. However, if the petitioner is of the view that any threat still exist, it is always open to him to make out appropriate application, seeking protection before the first respondent police and on receipt of such application, the first respondent police shall consider the same after giving due opportunity to the respondents in accordance with law. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
