This criminal revision petition has been filed seeking to set aside the order made in Criminal Miscellaneous Petition No.1440 of 2017 in S.C.No.78 of 2016 dated 07.06.2018 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Namakkal.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the above revision petition with liberty to file a fresh Bail Petition before the Principal Sessions Judge, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
