This writ petition has been filed challenging the letter issued by the 3rd respondent vide letter No.M/C.490/Goods shed/Penal DC/2022(239219) dated 06.03.2022 and consequential letter No. M/C, 490/Goods shed/ Penal DC/2022(239219) dated 31.03.2022.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and hence the writ petition may be dismissed as infructuous.
