Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the order dated 08.04.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.4788 of 2022 in Crl.R.C.No.593 of 2020 as "Judicial Magistrate, Rasipuram" instead of "Judicial Magistrate, Namakkal".
