This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying, to direct the respondent to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 13.07.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. It is seen that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.222 of 2015. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.222 of 2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
