Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by both sides that the challenge made in this writ petition has become infructuous, in view of the fact that the petitioner got re-engaged as Daily Rated employee on 18.12.2015 and thereafter, he was appointed as Multi Tasking Staff (Helper) on 17.02.2016 and in such capacity, he is working till date. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
