When the matter came up for hearing today, it is represented that the matter is settled between the parties and the Joint Memorandum of Compromise dated 26.11.2021 has also been filed. The same is taken on file. 1/3

2.As per the terms, it is represented that a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) which is deposited to the credit of C.P.No.4 of 2016 on the file of the learned III Additional Labour Judge, Chennai, is to be paid out to the petitioner/Management. Therefore, the said sum shall be paid out to the petitioner/Management along with accrued interest, if any. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of on the terms of Joint Memorandum of Compromise. The terms of the compromise shall form part of the order.
