ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to give time scale of pay of last pay drawn in the cadre of Special grade B.T.Assistant (Tamil) service as per the ruling 11 of Fundamental Rules 22B to the petitioner and confer all the consequential benefits including revision of pension by considering the representations of the petitioner dated 08.01.2010, 13.06.2016, 12.07.2023 and 12.01.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 08.01.2010, 13.06.2016, 12.07.2023 and 12.01.2024

and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, in the light of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.20331 of 2019 dated 21.07.2023, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
