This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint in CSR No.119 of 2015 dated on 29.05.2015 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Muthapudupet Police Station.

2. No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint dated 29.05.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 04.06.2015. It is also submitted that on the further complaint lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and closed on 25.07.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. The respondent police is directed to serve a copy of the Closure Report on the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
