... RESPONDENTS Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner as Driver in the office of the 4th respondent and confer all the consequential benefits.

Heard Mr. P. Ganesan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Ms. K. Bhuvaneswari, learned Government Advocate accepting notice for respondents. With the consent of the learned counsel on either side, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.In this Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

regularize the services of the petitioner as Driver in the office of the 4th respondent and confer all the consequential benefits.

3. The learned Government Advocate fairly submits that the authorities are inclined to pass orders on the recommendation passed by the Special Tahsildar (Adi Dravidar Welfare), Gingee, Tiruvannamalai District, 4th respondent herein, in Na.Ka.No. 690/2015, dated 27.10.2015. 4.Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the authorities concerned to pass appropriate orders on the proceedings of the fourth respondent dated 27.10.2015, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the meanwhile, the respondents are directed to maintain status-quo as on today (24.05.2017). No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
