It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent/Police that on the complaint given by the brother of the petitioner, by name Ramesh in respect of the same incident, case was registered in Cr.No.1327 of 2014, against Vinayamoorthi for offence under Sections 294 B and 506 (I) IPC. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted if the petitioner gives further information regarding the occurrence, during investigation, suitable action will be taken in respect of the same Crime Number. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Considering the fact that in respect of the incident, which is the subject matter of present complaint, already FIR in Cr.No.1327 of 2014, has been registered pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner's brother, and taking into consideration the submission of the Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is of the view that it would be suffice to dispose of this Criminal Original Petition by directing the petitioner to furnish further information regarding the occurrence, which is the subject matter of Cr.No.1327 of 2014, if any summon has been issued by the respondent/Police. 3.
Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
