Nos.11365 & 11366 of 2024 in S.A.No.317 of 2015 N.SENTHILKUMAR, J These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent and to bring on record the respondents 1 to 3 herein as legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent on record in the above Second Appeal and rank them as respondents 2 to 4 in the Second Appeal.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the above petitions, both the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the Second Appeal and list the matter next week.
