Mr.AR.L.Sundaresan, the learned senior counsel for the petitioners sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition. The learned counsel on record also made an endorsement to that effect in the memorandum of grounds of the Civil Revision Petition. 2.In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. The withdrawal of the Civil Revision Petition shall not come in the way of the petitioners working out their remedy before the trial Court.
