Respondents Prayer:- This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce the body of the petitioner's son A.Nagarajan, son of K.Arumugham, aged 31 years, under illegal detention before this Court and set him at liberty.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.JAICHANDREN, J.) There is no representation for the petitioner. At the stage of hearing of the Habeas Corpus Petition, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents had placed before this Court an order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Virdhunagar District at Srivilliputhur, dated 06.01.2015, in Crl.MP.No.25/2015. From the said order, it could be seen that the detenu/accused, A.Nagarajan, who had been arrested and remanded to judicial custody, in connection with the case in Cr.No.456/2014, on the file of Thalavaipuram Police Station, had been released on bail subject to compliance of certain conditions.
