G.Manoharan v. Mr.Gautam Chand Chopra And Another

A.No.2133 of 2024 in C.S.No.211 of 2023 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J This application has been filed seeking to take on record two further documents which are General Power of Attorney executed by D1 in favour of D2 on 27.10.2010 and cancellation of that particular Power of Attorney by D2 on 04.01.2022.

2. It is stated that D1 is liable to pay the amounts claimed to the plaintiff. It is also stated that D2 had paid the amount to D1 and a Power of Attorney was executed and subsequently, canceled.

3. There seems to be some relevance for these two documents. But however, let that be tested during the course of cross examination. Subject to proof and relevancy and admissibility, the two documents are permitted to be taken on record.

4. This Application stands allowed.
