O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent police to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 03.10.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he had lodged a complaint on 03.10.2018 before the 3rd respondent and he was issued C.S.R.No.512 of 2018. However, they have not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

registered an F.I.R. Hence, he has filed the present petition with the aforesaid prayer.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that based on the complaint, enquiry is going on.

4.Heard both sides.

5.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the 3rd respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry in C.S.R.No.512 of 2018 dated 03.10.2018, after giving opportunity of hearing to all the parties concern and complete the enquiry and to file a final report within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
