ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying, to direct the respondent Police, to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 19.03.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that a petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.294 of 2015 and the same was closed as the dispute is civil in nature. The respondent Police is directed to send a copy of the closure report to the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in a manner known to law.
