Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Declaration declaration that the Madras High Court (Arbitration) Rule 2020 as framed in exercise of Section 82 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act and published in Official Gazette of the State of Tamil Nadu on 17/03/2021 is Ultra Vires of Plenary Statue of Arbitration and Conciliation act 1996 and Commercial Court Act 2015 as amended upto date and void-ab-initio.

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner does not have any idea of what is challenged. The petition is a needless waste of time, though there could be intelligent suggestions made as to how to improve the Rules. However, this is not that petition. Since the petitioner cannot demonstrate any anomaly, despite sufficient opportunity being afforded, WP No.10979 of 2021 is dismissed. However, it will be open to any other to challenge the relevant Rules or to make appropriate suggestions for the improvement thereof. There will be no order as to costs. W.M.P.Nos.11612 and 11615 of 2021 are closed.
