ORDER
The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent made a submission that pursuant to the order dated 12.03.2018, passed in W.P.No.8650 of 2010, the Management, Tamil Nadu Transport Corporation (Villupuram) Ltd., Villupuram, settled all the terminal benefits and in respect of the arrears of pension, the parties have agreed to settle the same in four installments.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent Corporation further made a submission that the first installment had already been paid in favour of the contempt petitioner on 15.10.2019, and the other three installments would be paid on 3rd week of November, 2019; 3rd week of December, 2019; and 3rd week of January 2020.
3.The above being the agreed terms and conditions between the parties, this Court is of an opinion that the respondent has not committed any contempt wilfully and the respondent is directed to settle the benefits as per the terms without fail.
4.With the above direction, this contempt petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
