The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 305 days in filing this Criminal Appeal against the order dated 16.03.2023 made in S.C.No.57 of 2016 on the file of the Fast Track Mahila Court, Ariyalur District.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.

5. Registry is also directed to print the name of Mr.A.Padmanabhan, learned counsel for the respondents.
