When the matter had come up on 22.04.2025, the learned counsel for the petitioner was directed to get necessary instructions from his client for filing an affidavit of undertaking stating that the petitioner would vacate the premises within a period of 3 months.

2. Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the matter has been pending for more than a year.

3. The Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The learned XII Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai is directed to dispose of the matter on or before 30.06.2025. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
