This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Spl.S.C.No.142 of 2021 pending on the file of Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Chennai.

2. When this Court was about the dismiss the petition on merits, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle, today, to that effect.
