ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying, to direct the respondents to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 14.06.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. On a reading of the complaint, it appears that the petitioner has given money to the opposite party as loan and it has not been returned. Since the case is civil in nature, no positive direction can be given to the respondents, Police.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
