The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to consider the representation forwarded by the second respondent dated 26.05.2025. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made representation dated 25.07.2023 to the respondents 1 and 2 seeking medical reimbursement and vide communication dated 26.05.2025, the same was forwarded by the second respondent to the third respondent, however, there is no response. Hence, this Court may without going into the merits of the case, issue direction to the respondents to consider the communication forwarded by the second respondent on 26.05.2025 and to pass appropriate orders, within a reasonable time frame. 3.Considering the limited relief now sought for by the learned 2/4

counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the communication forwarded by the second respondent on 26.05.2025, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, as expeditiously as possible. 4.The writ petition is disposed of.
