ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.9932 of 2021 dated 10.10.2023.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General for the respondents submitted that a Writ Appeal in W.A.No.2730 of 2024 has been filed challenging the order of this Court in W.P.No.9932 of 2021 dated 10.10.2023. There is an order of interim stay granted in the said Writ Appeal.
3. In view of the above submission of the learned Additional Advocate General for the respondents, this Contempt Petition is closed for the present.
