Respondents in both CRPs Prayer : Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 25 of Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control Act 18/1960 as amended by Act 23/1973 and Act 1 of 1980 against the Judgement and Decree dated 14.10.2014 passed in RCA Nos.1037 & 1038 of 2006 respectively passed by the Learned VII Judge (Rent Control Appellate Authority) Court of Small Causes Chennai, by reversing the order of dismissal dated 05.09.2006 passed by the Learned XII Judge Court of Small Causes Chennai in RCOP Nos.1892 & 1893 of 2004 respectively. C O M M O N ORDER The Tenants in R.C.O.P.Nos.1892 & 1893 of 2004 on the file of the XII Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai are the Revision petitioners. The respondents filed the petition for eviction on the ground of owners occupation.

2. When the civil revision petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners filed an affidavit of undertaking stating that the petitioners will vacate and handover vacant possession of the suit premises on or before 30.06.2015.

3. In view of the affidavit of undertaking, these civil revision petitions are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.

4. The tenants shall vacate and hand over the vacant possession of the suit premises to the landlords on or before 30.06.2015. The tenant shall pay the arrears of rent, if any, and also shall pay the future rent regularly.
