This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the online application submitted by the petitioner on 13.02.2025, wherein the petitioner is seeking for transfer of patta in her name with respect to the subject property. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3.The petitioner is claiming right and title over the subject property by virtue of a registered sale deed dated 05.03.2015 executed by the mother of the petitioner. The petitioner applied for patta and submitted an application in this regard. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and based on the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to deal with the online application submitted by the petitioner on 13.02.2025 and pass appropriate orders 2/4

within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
