Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the matters pertaining to all the show cause notices served upon to the Petitioner on the file of the Respondent after affording a personal hearing in accordance with law within a time framed fixed by this Court. ORDER

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Senior Standing Counsel for the respondents, this writ petition is disposed of without expressing any opinion on merits

by directing the respondents to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law in the 12 show cause notices issued to the petitioner as detailed below:
