O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioners.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that on the complaint given by one Rajkumar, a case in Crime No.14 of 2014 has been registered against the petitioners for the offence under Sections 418, 420 r/w 120B of IPC by the respondent. He would submit that the petitioners have not appeared for enquiry and they have also not obtained Anticipatory Bail. He would further submit that the respondent is not harassing the petitioners.

3.Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.
4.This Criminal Original Petition has been closed, accordingly.
