ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to act in accordance with law and register an FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 27.10.2014 and proceed with the same in accordance with law and file a Final Report within a time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the basis of the complaint dated 27.10.2014 given by the petitioner, FIR has been registered in Cr.No.14 of 2015 for offences under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471, 420 r/w 34 IPC.
