The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that earlier the petitioner has filed a bail petition in Crime No.40 of 2020. Thereafter, the Registry sought for some clarification with regard to the petition and he has sent once again the petition copy.

2. Earlier the petition sent by him has been numbered as Crl.O.P.No.7632 of 2020, which was listed as item No.19 on 18.05.2020 and subsequently, the bail was granted in the said petition. Subsequently, the petition sent at the request of the Registry was also numbered and listed today as Crl.O.P.No.7675 of 2020, as item No.21.

3. In such view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition in Crl.O.P.No.7675 of 2020. In view of the oral endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 19.05.2020 Internet : Yes / No kv 2/3
