ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings in G.O.(Pa) No.7 dated 13.01.2022 on the file of the first respondent herein, and to quash the same and to direct the first respondent to consider the name of the petitioner for the award of "DR.AMBEDKAR AWARD" for the year 2021.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and hence the writ petition may be dismissed as infructuous.
