2. After arguing for sometime, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in the present Public Interest Litigation petition, which was filed against the respondents to extend the benefit of "Amma Unavagam" to the people living outside the Metropolitan areas, which position was satisfactorily explained by the learned Government Pleader, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, seeks the leave of the court, to withdraw the writ petition without imposition of cost. Accordingly, the writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with no order as to costs.
