This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to file a final report in Cr.No.417 of 2015, pending before the respondent Police and investigate into the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that a case in Crime No. 417 of 2015 has been registered by the respondent Police.

4.
