This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file the final report on the FIR in Crime No.742 of 2021.

2.Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the investigation in Crime No.742 of 2021 for the offence under Section 294(b), 506(i) of IPC will be completed soon and the respondent will be able to file the final report within a period of six months before the jurisdictional Court.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), direction is issued to the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.742 of 2021 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

file the final report before the Jurisdictional Court within a period of six months from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order.
