This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 2 & 3 not to conduct any survey in the subject property based on the representation made by the petitioner.

2.When the matter came up for hearing on 14.03.2025, this Court passed the following order:

"When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submitted that survey has already been conducted and hence he sought for time to produce the written instructions in this regard.

2.Post this case at the end of the motion list on 19.03.2025."

Additional Government Pleader reiterated the earlier stand to the effect that the survey has already been conducted. In view of the above, no further orders can be passed in this writ petition. 4.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
