O R D E R

The present writ petition was filed for a direction to the 3rd respondent to conclude the proceedings pending whereby, the petitioner has sought for the cancellation of the Sale Deed executed in favour of the 6th and 7th respondents. 2.The writ petition has been filed mainly on the ground that the proceedings are pending and no orders have been passed. As on today, the District Registrar does not have any powers to cancel the Sale Deed or to declare any registered 2/4

document as invalid. Hence, no useful purpose will be served in directing the District Registrar to continue with the enquiry. 3.When the above was brought to the notice of the learned counsel for the petitioner, he sought for the permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and to file a fresh writ petition by making the necessary pleadings and by seek for the necessary relief.
